Residing in one of the largest cities in the country gets expensive. I have resided in Chicago for many years, and it is still tough for me to adjust to the expensive lifestyle. Because I was not used to all of these excess expenses, I soon discovered myself in danger of forfitting my home. I acknowledged that the value of my home had decreased significantly, so if I tried to sell my property through traditional means, then I would still owe the bank the difference on my home. I possessed a mortgage on the property that cost much more than what my home was presently valued.
